Kate Henshaw is a Nollywood actress, social advocate and fitness enthusiast. She was born on July 19, in Cross River State, Nigeria. Henshaw hails from a family of four children and had her early education in Lagos, Nigeria.

She began her acting career in the mid-1990s and quickly rose to prominence in Nollywood. Henshaw became known for her talent, versatility, and ability to portray various characters convincingly. She has featured in numerous Nollywood movies and has worked with top actors and actresses in the industry.

Over the years, Kate Henshaw has won several awards for her acting prowess, including the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role. She has also been nominated for other prestigious awards, both within and outside Nigeria. Apart from her successful acting career, Henshaw is passionate about fitness and healthy living.
