The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) Reaffirms Commitment to Enhanced Service Delivery and Stakeholder Engagement

Abuja, Nigeria – October 2024 – The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) has taken a significant step forward in its mission to improve service delivery and foster stakeholder engagement by inaugurating the SERVICOM (Service Compact with All Nigerians) committee. This initiative underscores the Board’s dedication to delivering world-class regulatory services to the Nigerian film and video industry and the general public.
The inauguration, held as part of the celebration of Customer Service Week, saw key members of the NFVCB management and SERVICOM officials outline new goals for service improvement. Speaking at the event, the Executive Director of NFVCB, Dr Shaibu Husseini, emphasized the importance of timely and efficient service delivery. The ED, who was represented by the Director PRS, Mrs Alonge Oyediran, reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to ensuring that Industry Practitioners receive prompt responses to their submissions and inquiries.
