Synopsis Sunday, a husband who is in a loveless marriage had a one night stand with a carefare-opportunist Uche, on his younger brother’s wedding day. Despite liking Uche at first encounter, Sunday couldn’t stand the fact she lives off a sugar daddy who wouldn’t miss a chance to tell everyone he is her sponsor and also humilate her publicly. Fate made Sunday and Uche’s best friend to meet and fall in love. Even though Sunday’s heart is fully with Uche. When they find out Toyin had cancer, Uche was willing to give up Sunday, whom she loved dearly, just to see Toyin happy. And that’s the second time Uche gave up a Man that loves her just for Toyin’s happiness.

General Review A Sunday Affair is a movie that will capture your emotions from the start. It is also a movie that is highly PG rated due to it’s numerous sex scenes. It is unlike most Nigerian movies that shy away from showing the nakedness of the actors. Aside the movie being about a confused Rich Sunday, it generally shows two female best friends who are successful but attained their success in different ways. Toyin worked so hard to make her money and build her empire while Uche would rather sleep with abusive Rich men to fund her lifestyle and her dreams. And she will only consider leaving the abusive situationship when she finds another rich source of income in the form of another Man.

Trivia When Uche found out that the secret man Toyin is madly in love with, is actually the same man that told her he is in love with her few hours before Toyin told her about him.

Goofs 1) How come a very wealthy Sunday lives with his married younger brother?🤔 2) The Skin color of Uche and Toyin when they were younger were far off when they got older.
